Services

We have made some service changes in light of COVID 19. Click here for more information about COVID 19.

Keeping people well, and keeping our community healthy, is what the Centre is all about.

We offer a wide range of services and programs. Our goal is to work in partnership with people and the communities we share to improve health.  Our primary health care services include physical assessments and treatment, prevention and screening clinics, on-site diagnostic testing, pre- and post-natal care and much more.

Health promotion is a large part of the work of the Centre.  We have programs and education to help manage conditions such as diabetes, promote exercise, learn about proper nutrition and even healthy cooking for young people ages 9 to 12.

Community wellness is about getting involved. Staff and volunteers from the Centre can provide the tools, expertise and support to groups and individuals who want to make our community healthier.

All our services and programs are confidential and free of charge*.

Oral Health

Our dental program is located at our Belleville site and provides a range of preventative treatment services and emergency dental care.

Social Prescribing

Social prescribing is a way of referring people to a range of non-clinical services at the Centre and in the community.
