A variety of workshops and group sessions are held on an ongoing basis to help people cope with stress, sleeping difficulties, anxiety, depression, powerful emotions, and much more. Our programs provide an opportunity for participants to meet others in a welcoming environment to share, grow, socialize, and have fun.

Group Programs

Our programs are free of charge and open to anyone in the community. You do not need to be a client of the Centre to participate.
