- Immunizations and vaccinations
Appointments for a visit with a healthcare professional are made through the receptionist at the Centre by telephone or in person. It’s very important to be as specific as possible about health concerns when talking to the receptionist. Every effort will be made to schedule an appointment as early as possible based on the medical or health condition.
Follow-up appointments can be booked before you leave or by telephone. Through our advanced access system, follow-up care can generally be booked on the day and time of your choosing.
On-call services available 24/7. There is a physician or nurse practitioner that can help clients over the phone with urgent health care concerns. Please call Belleville at 613-962-0000 or Quinte West at 613-965-0698.
We offer urgent care appointments for episodic illness, these appointments are scheduled daily when available. They are triaged on a first come, first serve basis. Please call at 8:30am to access these appointments. Urgent care is defined as a medical need that cannot wait for a regular appointment but that is not an emergency. Please do not call or come into the center for emergency care, please call 9-1-1.
