Physical Activity

We offer a variety of physical activity programs to help people get active and stay active. They are informative, fun, and an opportunity to connect with others. They include indoor and outdoor walking, yoga, and exercise while sitting in a chair. Adults of all ages and fitness levels can benefit from these classes.

Group Programs

Our programs are free of charge and open to anyone in the community. You do not need to be a client of the Centre to participate.
