Social workers at the Centre offer limited-time counseling services for clients of the Centre who are trying to improve overall wellness, cope with mental health issues, stress, trauma, substance abuse or have concerns about relationships.
Social Work services are designed to support individuals, couples and families who receive primary care at the Centre and need additional help for their health and well-being.
Our Social Workers also facilitate several groups for mental health, including Trauma. These group programs are free and open to anyone in the community. You do not need to be a client of the Centre to participate. Check the events calendar for dates of upcoming programs For more information, please call the Program Secretary at 613-962-0000.
If you are currently rostered with a Physician or Nurse Practitioner at the Centre and would like to inquire about Social Work support, please call one of the telephone numbers below.
