Belleville and Quinte West Community Health Centre continues to serve our communities.
If you think you have coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms use this self-assessment to help determine if you need to seek further care.
We continue to monitor health risks in our communities and all clients and visitors coming to the Centre will be screened at Reception for Covid, Cold and Flu symptoms.
In order to protect BQWCHC Staff and Clients:
* We encourage masking while on-site.
* If you have respiratory symptoms, you must wear a mask while on-site - a mask will be provided for you if needed.
* If you are attending a group program, please wear a mask. If you have respiratory symptoms, please do not attend any groups until you are feeling better.
