Meditation and Mindfulness

This 6-week program takes place ONLINE via Zoom Meeting.

  • Join one of our BQWCHC volunteers for a one-hour guided meditation and/or mindfulness class and practices.
  • Explore a variety of modern meditation and mindfulness techniques with a certified teacher.                
  • Improve your relationships and increase happiness. Become less anxious or stressed through guided practice in a like-minded group.

Due to the quiet nature of meditation, latecomers may not be admitted.

To participate in this program, you will need an email address, access to high speed internet, and a computer with a webcam or a phone that enables face-to-face connection.
