Living Well with Chronic Pain



Our 6-week self-management workshop helps people living with chronic pain to better manage the symptoms for an improved quality of life.

The workshop covers a range of subjects including:

  • Dealing with difficult emotions
  • Pain and fatigue management
  • Healthy eating 
  • Appropriate use of medication
  • Communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Action planning
  • Pacing activity and rest
  • Appropriate exercise for maintaining and improving strength, flexibility and endurance

TUESDAY EVENINGS from 4:30 pm -7:00 pm
