Urban Poling Walking Program
Are you looking for a new way to get active and enjoy the great outdoors?
Would you like to try and fun and easy way to boost your walking and increase your workout?
This 5-week program for all fitness levels includes:
· Pole walking instruction from a trained instructor
· Walking poles to use during the 5-week session
· Opportunity to meet new people & experience local park trails

Free & Open to Everyone! You do not need to be a client of the Community Health Centre to participate.
