Calm Together Mindfulness Sessions

What:
Supportive skills-based mindfulness group designed to help participants slow down, breathe, and learn simple tools for emotion regulation and grounding. Each session stands alone
Goals:
- Offer a gentle reset and promote mental wellness in a welcoming low barrier environment
- Support emotion regulation and self-awareness through accessible mindfulness practices
Activities:
- Grounding exercises
- Reflection prompts
- Group discussion
- Practical mindfulness tools
When: Thursday January 29th, February 5th, February12th, February 19th from 5:30pm to 6:30pm
