BQWCHC supports all members of our community to live with the dignity everyone deserves.
We partner with other community agencies at The Bridge Integrated Care Hub in Belleville to offer a range of services—such as a drop-in with shower/laundry and food, primary care, and mental health counselling—to support various groups, including community members who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness.
In Quinte West, our Outreach Support Worker works with people who are unhoused to access supports that are available to them and advocate for their objectives. Whether it is making referrals to existing supports or assisting with hygiene kits , harm reduction supplies or other practical needs, BQWCHC’s outreach supports are available to you.
