There is no cost to use telemedicine services, but all specialist appointments must be scheduled ahead of time.
Setting Up a Telemedicine Appointment
If you need to see a specialist, your doctor can confirm if a telemedicine referral is suitable for your health concern. If it is, your doctor or nurse practitioner should download and complete this referral form and fax it to Telemedicine Services at 613-962-5669 to arrange an appointment.
