What:
A gentle, supportive workshop focused on emotional balance, self-kindness, and strengthening the connection between thoughts and feelings.
Participants explore grounding practices, emotion check ins and simple tools that help them response to emotions with more calm and clarity.
Session includes: grounding practices, emotion check ins, group discussion, therapeutic exercises, and practical wellness tools that can be used in daily life.
Goals: increasing emotional awareness and coping skills, supporting community connection and belonging, providing low barrier, drop in mental wellness education, encouraging small achievable steps toward personal wellbeing
