Death Café

What: In person discussion in which people come together and discuss their experiences related to death, what they would like for their own end of life, if circumstances could be controlled; and, how to live the best life possible now.
The group may meet and speak as a large group or break into smaller groups and talk. Facilitators provide leading questions to engage participants and ensure everyone has an opportunity to speak. The discussion provides individuals an opportunity to think and talk about their health, well-being, and relationships. The discussion provides an opportunity talk about the taboo topic of death.
Participants are invited to have tea, coffee, and cake while discussing death.
Participants are also provided with local resource information which they are welcome to take home with them
When: May 11th 6:00pm – 7:30pm
