To become a primary care client you are encouraged to register through Health Care Connect by phone at 1-800-445-1822 or online.

Who We Serve
BQWCHC serves those who reside in the Belleville and Quinte West area. Special consideration is given to those who experience multiple barriers to accessing care (for example, those who are racialized, 2SLGBTQI+, those struggling with mental health or addictions, and those living on a fixed or limited income) AND without primary care.
Programs & Workshops
BQWCHC offers many group programs and services to improve your health and wellbeing. Most of our programs are free and open to anyone (not limited to those rostered to primary care at the centre).
