Bouncing Back from Anxiety & Depression

What:
An 8-week, skills-based CBT group designed to help participants understand and manage symptoms of anxiety and depression.
Participants learn:
- how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact
- how to identify triggers and automatic thoughts
- how to challenge unhelpful thinking patterns
- how to understand and test core beliefs
- coping strategies for physical symptoms of anxiety
- mindfulness and relaxation skills
The group is supportive, structured, and focused on building practical tools for everyday life
When: Wednesdays for 8 weeks starting April 15th 2026 1:00PM– 3:00PM
Where: 69 Catherine Street, Trenton ON
