If you were seen at a Covid Cold and Flu Care Clinic we want to hear from you!!
Your local Ontario Health Team partners held clinics in Belleville, Tweed and Picton seven days/week from December 1 2022 to March 31 2023.
If you were seen at any of these clinics when feeling unwell with respiratory symptoms, please complete the following brief survey (5 minutes).
