Join traditional papermaker Joanne Hoang, in-person and hands on to learn the 2,000 year old art and techniques of Chinese papermaking using locally hand-made tools and locally grown plants.
You will hand beat plant fibres into pulp, form into sheets, and finally dry your own hand-made paper. This free workshop has been funded by the Ontario Arts Council with support from the Belleville and Quinte West Community Health Centre.
