For those who have completed the Managing Powerful Emotions program

WHAT:
This 12-week group will help you to:

  • Learn to live in the present moment
  • Reduce emotional suffering and increase happiness or peacefulness
  • Learn strategies to communicate in  ways that do not damage your relationship with others

WHEN:
Tuesdays from 10:00 am—12:15 pm         
November 9, 2021—February 8, 2022
