A 6-week seated or standing yoga program for adults of all ages and fitness levels 

  • Build strength, reduce stress and tension and increase energy and vitality                                      
  • Improve spine and joint mobility in the upper body                                                                                    
  • A SAFE and FUN way to exercise and improve your physical activity level  
  • Practices are held  in a non-judgemental and non-competitive environment
