Are you are you looking for a SAFE and FUN way to exercise and improve your physical activity level?

In this weekly program you will:

  • Learn stabilizing techniques to improve overall strength, balance and flexibility
  • Integrate mind-body awareness (involves breathing techniques, concentration and control movements)
  • Meet new people and learn FUN new ways to exercise

WHEN:  Fall 2018 Sessions are from 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm

  • November 5, 19, 26
  • December 3, 17

      Wednesdays

  • October 10
  • November 14
  • December 12

     NO CLASSES on Oct. 1, 8, Nov. 12 & Dec. 10

FREE & Open to Everyone! You do not need to be a client of the Community Health Centre to participate.
