Urban Poling Walking Program



Are you looking for a new way to get active and enjoy the outdoors?

Would you like to try a fun and easy way to boost your walking and increase your workout?

This 5-week program for all fitness levels includes:

  • Pole walking instructions from a trained instructor
  • Walking poles to use during the 5-week session
  • Opportunity to meet new people and experience local park trails


Wednesdays from 6pm - 7pm
