Are you looking for a new way to get active and enjoy the outdoors?
Would you like to try a fun and easy way to boost your walking and increase your workout?
This 5-week program for all fitness levels includes:
- Pole walking instruction from a trained instructor
- Walking poles to use during the 5-week program
- Opportunities to meet new people and walk in the local neighbourhood
WHEN: Wednesdays from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

FREE & Open to Everyone! You do not need to be a client of the Community Health Centre to participate.
