Urban Poling Walking Program

Are you looking for a new way to get active and enjoy the outdoors?

Would you like to try a fun and easy way to boost your walking and increase your workout?

This 5-week program for all fitness levels includes:

  • Pole walking instruction from a trained instructor
  • Walking poles to use during the 5-week program
  • Opportunities to meet new people and walk in the local neighbourhood

WHEN: Wednesdays from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

May 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30, 2018

WHERE: In the Trenton Community

FREE & Open to Everyone! You do not need to be a client of the Community Health Centre to participate.
