Are you looking for a SAFE and FUN way to exercise and improve your physical activity level?

In this weekly program you will:

- Learn stabilizing techniques to improve overall strength, balance and flexibility

- Integrate mind-body awareness (involves breathing techniques, concentration and control movements)

- Meet new people and learn fun, new ways to exercise

WHEN: Mondays - Dec. 4 & 18 from 1:30-3:00 pm
